I am a Haitian-American immigrant with five years of experience in healthcare who is currently studying to be a Marriage & Family Therapist. As a licensed vocational nurse, I have had the privilege to work alongside interdisciplinary teams in long-term acute, psychiatric, and school settings. I also learned to educate, communicate, and learn alongside others as I earned my Bachelor’s in English Literature.

Now, as a member of Kaizen Lab, I hope to evolve my passion for healing through culturally competent, social-justice-minded, ethical research. Combining my client-centered experience as a nurse with my ongoing education as a student of counseling psychology, I hope to continue my mission of fostering a future of inclusive, multicultural, and positive educational opportunities for the next generation of leaders.
